Hey Guys and Girls,

just thought i would drop u an email regarding how im getting on the states.
the weather is superb and im already in possession of a tan that you would be jealous of.

the football here is ugly, many coaches demanding that their kids just kick and chase the ball. however, im teaching them different and can see progress being made.

im coaching a range of teams, from u-11s to u-14s un junior levels and a few teams at colleges. most teams here are not used to discipline and passing the ball around, but as many of you can imagine, there has been some change on both fronts. There are a few South Americans that i coach and my oh my can they play. Their better then any player Ive come across in England and really know how to use the ball. Ive been working towards a Brazilian coaching badge whilst out here, and look forward to introducing some of it back in England. However, Im not sure whether I will come back to England as the quality of life out here is much better. Its just a matter of visa's and convincing them to give me a permanent visa.

Anyway, the 14's should win their league next season with no problems as the squad they have got is brilliant. Work hard boys and your rewards will come. I just hope that you get the right leadership to guide you.

15's, hard luck in your recent big game. Keep ur heads up and move on. You have so much potential, FULFILL it for me boys. Grant will motivate you but you have responsibility to win games with your own personality.

I wish all the Dynamo Juniors the best of luck for the remainder of the season, and hope you push yourselves.

All the best,

Nick Barron

no i didnt know about Rhudhi, so much talent and so little control over his temper at times. is that the last he'll play for you now? (considering leicester and all that)

tell him, and the lads, to forget about it and finish the season strong. im sure they will.

hairs not a good subject with me either, i think ive got less then you.

Glory glory Tottenham Hotspur.
